We are happy to provide you with some important information regarding your journey with Atlas Air Service. Please also notice our download section at the end of this page.

Passport Control

Flight passengers must take along valid identification papers for each flight. 
When traveling from or to non-Schengen countries all passengers must undergo a passport control. This applies to departures and arrivals from or in Bremen, respectively.

When notified the German Federal police will come directly to the aircraft at the Atlas Air Service location to perform the passport control as comfortable as possible. Short waiting periods may occur in this respect. In such a case we are not authorized to take off or release passengers without passport control.

Parking & Time schedule

On the day of your arrival Atlas Air Service will supply a sufficient number of parking spaces free of charge. Our Team will take care of you while we prepare all final details for your flight and bring your luggage to your aircraft. Our VIP vehicle will transfer you to Bremen Airport Terminal, where you will get access to the fast lane for the security check. Our crew will take you to the aircraft directly after on.

Usually we are ready for takeoff within approx. 15 minutes after the security check.

Weather conditions, temporarily heavy traffic, or strikes may result in a delayed departure as we might be allotted departure slots differing from the originally scheduled time. You will be immediately informed about any delays. However, we recommend that you still arrive at the arranged time since these slots may quickly change to your advantage.

Our crew will attend to your needs during the waiting time.
