AAS reporting office
Dear Colleagues,
Dear Sir or Madam
Legislation stipulates that all individuals, both internal and external, must have access to a company reporting office in the event of any breaches of the law. We have now set this up for you via the following link:

Username: ExternalReporter

This is where information relating to potential breaches of the law can be reported. This promotes transparency and protects every company. The information received is carefully checked for seriousness and content, and any possible irregularities are recorded.
At Atlas Air Service, personal data is processed exclusively by Mrs Tina Hausmann. All reports will be treated confidentially within the framework of legal requirements, except in cases where there are public law obligations to provide information. The reporting office will examine the facts of the case and take further measures if necessary, involving suitable partners in internal and external discussions depending on the situation.
In this reporting, we are subject to the Whistleblower Protection Act (HinSchG) to protect your identity as a whistleblower. This law protects whistleblowers and thus provides the legal basis for processing and evaluating personal data.
