4. Data collection on our website

Request form

If you submit inquiries to us via our request form, the information provided in the request form as well as any contact information provided therein will be stored by us in order to handle your inquiry and in the event that we have further questions. We will not share this information without your consent.

The processing of these data is based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, if your request is related to the execution of a contract or if it is necessary to carry out pre-contractual measures. In all other cases the processing is based on our legitimate interest in the effective processing of the requests addressed to us (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) or on your agreement (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) if this has been requested; the consent can be revoked at any time.

What personal data is processed by us? And for what purpose?

We process the data you sent us in relation to your application to assess your suitability for the job (or possibly other vacant positions in our company) and to carry out job application procedures.

What is the legal basis?

Legal basis for processing your personal data in this application procedure is primarily § 26 BDSG (Federal Data Protection Act) in the version of May 5 2018. According to that act processing of your data is admissible if it is needed for recruitment.

Should the data possibly be required after job application procedure for prosecution, data processing can be done based on preconditions according to Art. 6 GDPR in particular for safeguarding legitimate interests according to Art. 6 Par. 1 lit. f) GDPR. Our legitimate interests then exist in assertion or defense of claims.

How long will personal data be stored?

In case of a letter of refusal personal data of applicants will be deleted after 6 months.
If you consented to further storing your personal data in our pool of applicants, it will be deleted after two years.

In case of a letter of acceptance personal data of the application procedure will be transferred to our personal management.

To which recipients personal data is forwarded?

Your application data is screened after receiving by the personal management. Suitable applications are forwarded to the department head responsible for the vacant position. The further proceedings will then be clarified. In general only persons needed for the proper evaluation process get access to your data in our company.

Where is data processed?

Data will be exclusively processed in the Federal Republic of Germany, in a member state of the European Union or in another signatory state to the EEA Treaty.

Your rights as data subject

You have the right to be informed of the data we process concerning your person.

We ask for understanding that on unwritten requests for information we possibly demand for evidence of your identity.

Also you have the right to demand correction, deletion or limitation of processing of your data as long as you legally entitled.
